According to media reports in the UK, Beyoncé, who has not staged a full-length concert since 2018, will perform at a Dubai show early in 2023.

The megastar singer is reportedly being offered $24 million to play a one-hour gig at the opening of Atlantis The Royal in Dubai, reports The Sun newspaper.

A source told the media outlet, “Beyoncé is being lined up to sing at Atlantis as part of a huge, luxury event in January.”

The 41-year-old music sensation will perform at an invite-only event on January 21 at the UAE’s five-star luxury resort, which was supposed to have its grand reveal in November. The 43-storey resort will feature 231 luxury apartments, 693 hotel rooms, and 102 suites, all offering views of the Arabian Sea and Palm Island.

In 2008, Kylie Minogue led a star-studded show during its sister hotel of Dubai’s Atlantis, The Palm grand opening party. 

There are media reports of Kendall Jenner and the Swedish House Mafia joining BeBeyoncé yonce for the private event.

In 2018, Beyoncé and Jay-Z hit the road for the follow-up to their 2014 On the Run tour. They performed at stadiums across Europe and North America. She also performed at Coachella the same year and released Renaissance, her seventh solo studio album.

Fast Company Middle East reached out to Atlantis for confirmation but has yet to receive a response.
