The agreement between DMCC Crypto Centre and CV VC aims to achieve these plans through collaborative and cross-border efforts, including educational programs like workshops and seminars, resource sharing, and joint events, such as the Web3 Hub at the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland, in January 2025.

Feryal Ahmadi, COO of DMCC, stated that this collaboration would provide unique advantages for their members and enhance Web3 innovation between Dubai and Switzerland.

She added that improved collaboration, knowledge transfer, and resource sharing would unlock Web3’s potential and bring many benefits.

Additionally, Mathias Ruch, founder and CEO of CV VC, noted that this partnership will facilitate the exchange of knowledge and resources, strengthening the growth of the blockchain sector in both the Middle East and Switzerland.

Meanwhile, Olaf Hannemann, co-founder and CIO of CV VC, mentioned that from an investment perspective, they believed the Middle Eastern ecosystem had matured significantly in recent years, thanks to a long-term vision and a strong commitment to investing in future technologies.
