Flywheel enters Middle East market with AI-driven commerce platform
The company supports over 4,500 global brands through its Commerce Cloud platform.

Flywheel, a global provider of e-commerce intelligence and retail media technology, is expanding into the Middle East through OMG Transact’s regional operations. This move introduces Flywheel’s AI-powered commerce platform to the region’s digital market.
The company supports more than 4,500 global brands with its Commerce Cloud platform, which combines retail media, marketplace operations, and product intelligence. Using near real-time data and AI automation, the platform aims to enhance product visibility, media performance, and profitability across major online marketplaces.
Flywheel’s platform integrates retail media, operations, and marketplace intelligence, providing insights based on product catalogs, search trends, and sales data.
It supports product placement, catalog management, and commerce strategies that enhance commercial performance. The company’s global network of retailers and marketplaces offers access to a wide data infrastructure and operational coverage.
Flywheel’s expansion into the MENA region combines its global AI capabilities with OMG’s local expertise in retail media, customer relationship management, and direct-to-consumer strategies. The partnership is intended to support brands in developing integrated commerce approaches across digital channels.
“With Flywheel, clients are no longer guessing what drives growth—they’re seeing it, shaping it, and scaling it,” said Elda Choucair, CEO of OMG MENA. “This is more than a new platform; it’s a new era of commerce intelligence for MENA, and we’re only just scratching the surface of what’s possible.”
Raoul Zenon, General Manager of Flywheel MENA, added, “This is a major milestone in e-commerce innovation for the Middle East. We have a robust pipeline of innovations launching in the coming months, each designed to drive deeper investment in commerce marketing and unlock full profit visibility.”
