Jonathan Emery is the CEO of Aldar Developments, leading one of the Middle East’s largest and most diversified real estate platforms. He oversees Aldar’s residential, commercial, retail, and hospitality projects across the UAE, Egypt, and the UK, with a focus on creating sustainable, human-centered communities. His work emphasizes wellness-led living, innovation across the development lifecycle, and progress toward Net Zero, aiming to ensure that the built environment supports better living, resilience, and meaningful economic and social outcomes.

In addition to his role at Aldar, Emery serves as an advisor and non-executive director for several organizations, including London Square, Sodic, Goldman Sachs, and Pi Labs, contributing his expertise in real estate development, strategy, and sustainable growth across multiple markets.
