Mohamed Jameel Al Ramahi is the Chief Executive Officer of Masdar, where he has overseen the company’s evolution into a global renewable energy developer with a clean energy portfolio exceeding 50GW and a target of 100GW by 2030.

Having joined Masdar nearly two decades ago, Al Ramahi has held several senior leadership roles, including Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer, before being appointed CEO in 2016. As the company’s longest-serving CEO, he has led Masdar’s expansion across more than 40 countries, with a focus on partnerships, large-scale project development, and strategic acquisitions in the clean energy sector.

He holds multiple board and chair positions across Masdar’s global platforms and serves on international sustainability and energy councils, advancing global clean energy and hydrogen initiatives.
