Morad is an entrepreneur and inventor whose work spans health, urban development, and social impact. He is the founder of FC Mother, an initiative that uses football as a platform to address maternal health and wellbeing, with a focus on research, community support, and large-scale engagement. The project seeks to connect science-led insights with global audiences through sport. Earlier, Morad founded Delos, a company associated with the development of the healthy buildings sector. Delos operates internationally and has worked on projects related to building design, health standards, and workplace wellbeing. He also established the WELL Living Lab at the Mayo Clinic, which focuses on research into how indoor environments affect human health, and later supported the creation of a research lab at Harvard dedicated to maternal health. Before his business career, Morad played professional football and represented the Palestinian National Team. He has also worked in finance and continues to engage across health, science, and media-driven initiatives.
