Sawsan Al Bahiti is the first classically trained female Saudi opera singer and the first opera singer in Saudi Arabia. She founded The Soulful Voice Institute, the country’s first vocal training center, to spread classical music and opera culture in Saudi Arabia. She is also a qualified voice coach at the New York Vocal Coaching Center. In 2020, Al Bahiti made her singing debut in Riyadh, accompanying the Teatro alla Scala Academy Orchestra, where she performed the Saudi national anthem. She sings in Italian, French, German, and English.
