Binghatti Developers and Mercedes-Benz have announced a new phase in their partnership with the unveiling of Mercedes-Benz Places – Binghatti City, a large-scale branded residential development in Dubai with an investment value of $8 billion.

The project follows the international launch of Mercedes-Benz Places Dubai and represents the second branded residential collaboration between the two companies. It also marks a milestone for Binghatti Developers, introducing the first master-planned community in the company’s history.

Located in the Meydan area, the development will span approximately 10 million square feet and is planned as a multi-tower branded district. The masterplan integrates a collection of Mercedes-Benz residential towers within a broader urban framework designed to combine residential, commercial, and leisure functions.

The development will be guided by Mercedes-Benz’s “Sensual Purity” design philosophy, shaping the project’s architecture, public spaces, and overall planning.

According to the developers, Mercedes-Benz Places – Binghatti City is planned as a self-contained, walkable urban district combining residences with retail, leisure, green spaces, mobility hubs, and wellness facilities.

Muhammad Binghatti, Chairman of Binghatti Developers, said the renewed partnership reflects a shared focus on design and quality, adding that the project is intended to deliver an integrated urban destination within Dubai’s evolving real estate landscape.

The agreement was formalized during a signing ceremony at the Mercedes-Benz Museum in Stuttgart, attended by Muhammad Binghatti and Mathias Geisen, Member of the Board of Management of Mercedes-Benz Group AG responsible for Marketing and Sales. The project is scheduled for official launch on 14 January 2026.

Commenting on the collaboration, Geisen said the development extends Mercedes-Benz’s branded experience into the residential sector, positioning the project as a long-term living environment aligned with the company’s brand values.
