In a recent announcement, Diriyah Company, one of Saudi Arabia’s leading developers, awarded a $113.6 million design service contract to Omrania, a subsidiary of Egis Group, for the Boulevard district. The contract covers conceptual, schematic, and detailed design, along with supervision of construction execution, as outlined in a detailed post on X.
According to the post, Omrania, known for its involvement in the construction of Saudi Arabia’s iconic Kingdom Tower in Riyadh, will leverage its multidisciplinary design expertise to create a “collection of unique buildings” in the Boulevard district.
Diriyah Company, a subsidiary of the Kingdom’s Public Investment Fund (PIF), is dedicated to transforming Ad-Diriyah into a global historical and cultural hub within the GCC region. Acting as a custodian of Saudi Arabia’s heritage and cultural identity, the company plays a pivotal role in propelling the Kingdom onto the global cultural stage. These infrastructural developments are crucial to the Kingdom’s growth, aligning with and driving progress toward its Vision 2030 objectives.
