Dubai launches second AI accelerator to transform government services
Participants will explore real-world challenges, working alongside experts and decision-makers to deploy solutions at scale.

As AI continues to transform industries worldwide, Dubai is stepping up efforts to integrate AI into the core of public service delivery. With a clear vision to lead in AI-powered governance, the city is launching the second cycle of its “Future of AI in Government Services Accelerator” programme.
Organized by the Dubai Centre for Artificial Intelligence (DCAI) in partnership with Dubai Future Accelerators, the initiative invites local and international AI companies to work with more than 20 government entities to develop impactful solutions that improve services, increase operational efficiency, and enhance accessibility.
The programme aligns with the Dubai Universal Blueprint for Artificial Intelligence, reflecting the city’s ambition to become the world’s leading hub for AI innovation across key sectors.
Participants will address real-world challenges, working closely with experts and decision-makers to deploy solutions at scale. Focus areas include enhancing existing services through AI-driven personalization, creating new services to meet complex needs, integrating AI into daily operations, and eliminating barriers to access.
Selected companies will receive fully sponsored travel and accommodation for an intensive eight-week residency in Dubai from 6 October to 28 November 2025. The programme is equity-free, allowing participants to retain full ownership of their technologies.
Saeed Al Falasi, Executive Director of DCAI, said the programme was launched under the directives of H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, to position the city among the world’s top leaders in delivering fast, high-quality, AI-powered public services. He noted that the aim is to create seamless, intelligent experiences that save time and effort, enhance quality of life, and support Dubai’s vision of becoming the happiest city in the world.
The first cycle drew 615 companies from 55 countries and piloted 75 AI use cases, underscoring Dubai’s leadership in AI-driven governance.
