Recognizing the increasing importance of diversity and equity in the workplace, Fast Company Middle East is committed to spotlighting organizations leading the way in supporting women with our list, ‘Best Workplaces for Women’.

This initiative aims to honor organizations, leaders, and teams proactively cultivating an inclusive and empowering workplace environment for women. 

The list will acknowledge and celebrate the efforts of companies, from both large corporations to small startups, in combating challenges women face in their respective industries, whether that’s addressing gender bias or closing the gender pay gap.

Organizations can apply under industry categories ranging from Advertising & PR, Banking & Finance, Beauty & Wellness, Healthcare, Real Estate, Retail, and more. 

Entries for ‘Best Workplaces for Women’ should show how their company’s actions and initiatives over the past year make it the ideal workplace for women, nurturing empowerment.

Winning organizations would get the Fast Company Middle East stamp of recognition for establishing extraordinary workplaces for women, symbolizing their commitment to fostering diversity and equality.
