Franck Muller and London Gate reveal luxury tower with 722 apartments in Dubai
A new project is set to redefine Dubai's branded real estate with residences inspired by Franck Muller's iconic watch designs.
Amid aspirations to make Dubai’s skyline a global symbol of architectural innovation and luxury, developers are pushing boundaries with various projects. London Gate has partnered with Swiss luxury watchmaker Franck Muller to introduce the Franck Muller Vanguard Tower.
This development will comprise 722 luxury residences, from studios to three-bedroom apartments, each designed to embody the Franck Muller Vanguard watch collection.
The Franck Muller Vanguard Tower, part of the Aeternitas series, is set for completion by September 2027, as announced by London Gate. Standing 34 floors tall, the tower will feature a variety of unit sizes, including studio apartments ranging from 414 to 674 sq. ft., and spacious three-bedroom residences spanning 1,768 to 1,862 sq. ft. Each unit will offer views of Dubai Marina and interiors that embody Franck Muller’s distinct design ethos.
Starting at AED 1.25 million, the Franck Muller Vanguard Tower is part of an AED 1.6 billion ($436 million) development that combines the Franck Muller brand with London Gate’s expertise in high-end living spaces.
Eman Taha, CEO of London Gate, said, “We are proud to introduce the Franck Muller Vanguard Tower, a blend of architectural brilliance and timeless luxury. This partnership with Franck Muller allows us to set a new benchmark for branded residences in Dubai, creating a living experience that aligns with the prestige of both our brands.”
Erol Baliyan, Managing Director of Franck Muller, echoed Taha’s sentiments. “Our collaboration with London Gate has redefined what branded residences can achieve in Dubai. After the immense success of the Aeternitas Tower, the launch of the Vanguard Tower continues our mission to bring exceptional elegance and innovation to the Dubai skyline,” he added.
