New Saudi AI initiative aims to train over 7,000 professionals in Generative AI

Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, in partnership with the Human Capacity Development Program (HCDP), has launched theDigital Future Readiness Programwith a focus on cultivating and advancing national talent in generative artificial intelligence (GenAI).

The program’s pilot phase, conducted in collaboration with Noon Education Company, achieved notable success. The full-scale launch aims to further empower nationals to compete globally, particularly in the AI sector.

Additionally, during the launch, several agreements were signed between Noon Education Company, other educational institutions, and the Insan Association. These agreements are designed to support student training and preparation while ensuring the continuous development of digital skills across the kingdom.

The program aims to train over 7,000 national professionals, foster innovation, and promote the use of AI tools to advance Saudi Arabia’s digital future.
