As Abu Dhabi continues to strengthen its position as a global hub for innovation, smart infrastructure, and high-quality urban living, real estate developers are increasingly aligning their projects with the emirate’s forward-looking vision.

ONE Development, a next-generation real estate developer recognised for its design-led and technology-integrated approach, has officially unveiled ONE Residence on Al Reem Island. The launch marks the company’s debut in Abu Dhabi, following the successful delivery of Laguna Residence in Dubai.

ONE Residence is a 31-storey, AI-integrated residential tower and, according to the developer, the first in the world to feature a fully integrated aerial mobility ecosystem. The tower is designed with rooftop infrastructure to support electric vertical take-off and landing (eVTOL) aircraft and is engineered for autonomous passenger operations. It will include a VIP mode, as well as a dedicated logistics drone port to enable seamless last-mile deliveries.

The unified aerial mobility ecosystem has been developed in collaboration with Advanced Mobility Hub, part of Multi Level Group, and is powered by VertiHub, the group’s vertical mobility solutions platform. The project reflects ONE Development’s focus on innovation-led design and advanced infrastructure.

The announcement was made during a launch event at Emirates Palace, attended by high-net-worth investors, industry leaders, and brand ambassador Amr Diab, highlighting the significance of the company’s entry into the Abu Dhabi market.
