To keep up with demand for the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022, Qatar Airways is offering all-inclusive travel packages on the airline’s website for fans to secure their place in the world’s biggest football event.

The benefits included in the packages on offer include match tickets, flights, and accommodation throughout the course of the tournament.

“We anticipate unprecedented demand throughout the tournament, and as part of our agreement with FIFA, fans from around the globe can rely on us to enjoy this once-in-a-lifetime journey from start to finish. The fan travel packages will guarantee passengers a remarkable bucket-list trip and seamless travel experience,” said Akbar Al Baker, Qatar Airways Group Chief Executive, in a statement. 

With less than 130 days to go until the event, worldwide demand for match tickets has risen, and these travel packages provide fans “guaranteed tickets to experience matches in person,” the airline said in a press release.

Fans need to register under the Qatar Airways Privilege Club in advance to access the travel packages portal to make reservations. 

Meanwhile, Qatar Airways has decided to add Boeing’s single-aisle family to its fleet with an order for 50 737 MAX, which comes on the back of a row with Airbus. The new Boeing order was seen as a replacement for the Airbus narrowbodies it had lost amid the conflict.
