Samana Developers has partnered with the Dubai Land Department (DLD) to launch She Pioneers, a new initiative aimed at strengthening women’s leadership and participation in Dubai’s real estate sector.

This strategic partnership seeks to foster a more inclusive property market by promoting a strong female presence across all stages of the real estate value chain. The initiative is designed to empower women to become confident investors, decision-makers, and dynamic professionals in the industry.

As part of She Pioneers, Samana Developers will introduce a series of programmes, including mentorship schemes that pair industry veterans with emerging female talent, networking events, specialised training for female agents, and investment packages tailored for women entrepreneurs entering the property market.

Majida Ali Rashid, CEO of the Real Estate Development Sector at DLD, praised the collaboration, stating that it reflects the department’s commitment to fostering an environment where women can thrive and contribute meaningfully to one of Dubai’s key economic sectors.

Urusa Imran, Director of Business Development at Samana Developers, highlighted that the initiative is rooted in the conviction that empowering women is essential to societal progress, noting that women already make up 48% of Samana Developers’ workforce.

“This partnership with Dubai Land Department is a significant step forward in translating that belief into measurable impact,” Imran stated.
