He also welcomed measures on rules of origin and industrial integration, and noted progress on an electronic platform to oversee joint projects across sectors including energy and trade.

Omani Foreign Minister Al Busaidi said bilateral ties had advanced notably, citing gains in economic integration, trade and joint investment, as well as growing cooperation in security, justice, culture, tourism and regional coordination.

The meeting concluded with the signing of the minutes of the council’s third session, reaffirming both countries’ intention to advance agreed initiatives and deepen cooperation across multiple sectors.
