Saudi Arabia unveiled a new business park in Riyadh to attract foreign investment and create national job opportunities. The Boulevard Business Park, spanning 60,000 square meters of leasable space, represents an investment of over $266 million. The General Entertainment Authority (GEA) manages the park in Riyadh’s Boulevard district.

The launch of the Boulevard Business Park marks the first phase of an ambitious urban redevelopment plan for the Boulevard District. This initiative aims to create a cohesive urban fabric by integrating various zones through new urban passageways, as highlighted by Turki bin Abdul Mohsen Al-AlShaikh, Chairman of the General Entertainment Authority (GEA).

The business park features nine office buildings with commercial spaces overlooking the Boulevard City fountain. The initial phase also introduces a creative business resort designed to cater to global and national companies in creativity and the arts.

The Boulevard Business Park will feature diverse facilities, including offices, corporate headquarters, co-working spaces, retail stores, and concept outlets. Additional amenities will encompass an outdoor art gallery, a gym, a spa, a suspended pool, and hanging gardens, complemented by over 1,300 dedicated parking spaces.

The project will also enhance green spaces and establish connections with adjacent developments, such as the sports track. It aims to expand parking capacity and integrate with the main road network and public transportation, improving accessibility for both visitors and employees.
