TOURISE facilitates $113 billion in tourism investments at Riyadh summit
The investments cover key areas of the visitor economy, including hospitality, retail, wellness, lifestyle, and AI-driven tourism platforms.
TOURISE, the global platform driving innovation in tourism, announced that it facilitated investment portfolios worth $113 billion during its inaugural summit in Riyadh.
The investments cover a wide range of sectors within the visitor economy, including luxury retail, next-generation hospitality, large-scale integrated developments, wellness and lifestyle destinations, talent development, and AI-powered tourism platforms.
Participating companies included both international and regional players, such as Melia Hotels, BWH Hotels, GOCO Hospitality, Cenomi, Radisson, Earth Hotels, Delonix & Ocean Link, as well as AlFozan Holding, Al Kathiri Holding, Alothaim, and Knowledge Economic City.
By integrating physical infrastructure with human capital and leveraging data, design, and hospitality innovation, the investments aim to unlock new value across the tourism ecosystem.
Many of the projects are focused on Saudi Arabia, reinforcing the Kingdom’s position as a leading global destination and reflecting investor confidence in its long-term tourism vision. The milestone also highlights TOURISE’s mission to drive high-value investments by bringing together leaders from government, industry, and technology.
His Excellency Ahmed Al-Khateeb, Minister of Tourism and Chairman of the Board of TOURISE, said the summit served as “a catalyst that brings investors, policymakers, and innovators to the same table, turning vision into bankable partnerships and high-impact deals.”
He added that the goal is to redefine the traveler economy—powered by artificial intelligence and built on excellence in destination and experience—ensuring growth and opportunity across the sector.
The announcement reflects TOURISE’s founding objective to unite decision-makers and disruptors from both public and private sectors, accelerating transformative partnerships that shape the future of global tourism and drive the next phase of sustainable growth.
