The UAE delegation, which includes more than 100 ministers, senior government officials, and private sector leaders, reflects the country’s long-standing commitment to global cooperation. The UAE continues its active engagement with the World Economic Forum as a platform for advancing international dialogue, economic development, and cross-border collaboration.
The country’s participation underscores its role as a strategic global partner supporting inclusive and sustainable growth. Mohammad bin Abdullah Al Gergawi, Minister of Cabinet Affairs, said the UAE’s participation reflects its commitment to maintaining an active presence and constructive role in international forums.
“The UAE’s participation in Davos 2026 reflects its vision to strengthen international cooperation and deepen effective regional and global partnerships,” Al Gergawi said. “This engagement supports national development objectives while contributing to addressing shared challenges and advancing sustainable progress.”
He added that the UAE delegation is among the five largest at the Forum, bringing together leaders, entrepreneurs, and innovators from across sectors. The delegation highlights the UAE’s focus on future-oriented priorities such as artificial intelligence, technological innovation, digital transformation, and collaboration between government and the private sector.
This year’s Forum theme, Spirit of Dialogue, closely aligns with the UAE’s foreign policy principles, which emphasise dialogue, mutual respect, and multilateral cooperation as foundations for sustainable development. These values are reflected in both the UAE’s active role in global institutions and its diverse social fabric, which brings together more than 200 nationalities.
The UAE’s agenda at the Forum focuses on advancing sustainable economic growth, technological innovation, digital transformation, and climate action. The UAE is also contributing to discussions on artificial intelligence, digital governance, and smart regulation, highlighting how advanced technologies can improve government performance, enable data-driven decision-making, and enhance quality of life. In parallel, the delegation is addressing humanitarian and development priorities, including food security, health, water, and humanitarian action.
