Dubai Chambers has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Emirates Islamic to expand access to financing and banking solutions for businesses in Dubai.

Under the agreement, members of the Dubai Chamber of Commerce will have access to a range of services from Emirates Islamic, including Shariah-compliant banking products, trade finance, cash management, and corporate financing solutions.

The partnership aims to help companies improve operational efficiency, access capital, and support their expansion plans.

The two organizations will also collaborate on seminars, workshops, and business forums designed to strengthen financial awareness among companies and support private-sector growth.

Khalid AlJarwan, Executive Vice President of Commercial and Corporate Services at Dubai Chambers, said the partnership is part of the organization’s broader efforts to provide companies with tools and services to support their growth.

“By offering financial advisory services and Shariah-compliant financing products, we are helping businesses realize their full potential and increase their contribution to Dubai’s economic growth,” he said.

The agreement also reflects Dubai Chambers’ push to strengthen the competitiveness of the emirate’s private sector by expanding partnerships with financial institutions and improving access to business services.

Vivek Shah, Head of Corporate and Institutional Banking at Emirates Islamic, said the collaboration would create more growth opportunities for businesses in Dubai while supporting the bank’s focus on ethical and customer-led financing solutions.

“This partnership strengthens our commitment to driving meaningful economic progress and prosperity,” Shah said.

He added that Emirates Islamic is looking to support companies through financing products and financial awareness programs designed to help businesses scale.

The MoU comes as Dubai continues to strengthen the wider ecosystem supporting companies operating in the emirate, with access to finance remaining a key factor in enabling businesses to invest, expand and improve productivity.

Through the partnership, Dubai Chambers and Emirates Islamic will seek to make banking and financing services more accessible to member companies while supporting broader private-sector growth.
