She was the first official Youth Envoy for the COP27 President and has years of experience in climate change, health policy, research, and education. She has attended the UN climate change conferences in Katowice, Madrid, and Glasgow, representing more than 1.3 million medical students worldwide in the International Federation of Medical Students’ Association (IFMSA) and Egypt, representing youth globally. She has worked on research initiatives with the World Health Organization, the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change, and the Global Climate and Health Alliance. She is dedicated to developing strategies to unlock systematic change for the health and prosperity of people and the planet.
