Organizations increasingly turn to artificial intelligence (AI) in their decision-making processes. From streamlining operations to enhancing efficiency and accuracy, the integration of AI has become a cornerstone in modern business strategies.

Abu Dhabi’s International Holding Company (IHC) has appointed Aiden Insight, an AI entity, as a non-voting observer to its board, positioning itself as a pioneer in leveraging AI for corporate governance and decision-making.

Developed by G42, the UAE’s leading AI company, in collaboration with Microsoft, Aiden Insight aims to aid in how IHC navigates the complexities of the global investment landscape.

Aiden will continuously analyze vast amounts of data, including business records, financial information, market trends, and global economic indicators.

Aiden Insight’s responsibilities will encompass a broad spectrum of tasks. This includes continuous data analysis, risk assessment, strategic planning support, monitoring emerging trends, and ensuring ethical and compliant operations. As a non-voting observer, Aiden will attend board meetings and offer real-time insights to inform discussions and guide strategic decision-making.

Other advantages Aiden insight is expected to bring to the IHC board include enhanced data-driven decision-making, strategic future-proofing against emerging trends and technologies, promotion of a culture of innovation, efficient resource management, improved risk management, and maintenance of the company’s reputation for ethical leadership.

“Our decision to appoint Aiden Insight as an AI board observer is a testament to IHC’s commitment to innovation and forward-thinking leadership,” said Sheikh Tahnoun bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Chairman of IHC. “Aiden will provide us with unparalleled data analysis and strategic insights, ensuring that IHC remains at the forefront of industry developments and continues to deliver value to our stakeholders.”

The Innovation By Design Summit is in Doha on April 24. Attendance at the summit is by invitation only. Delegates can register here to receive their exclusive invite.
