As the UAE accelerates efforts to build sovereign AI capabilities and future-proof its digital economy, new public-private collaborations are emerging to scale infrastructure and enterprise adoption.

Core42, a G42 company focused on sovereign cloud and AI infrastructure, has entered into a strategic partnership with Solutions+, an AI-powered shared services firm, to accelerate the deployment of secure, scalable digital infrastructure across the UAE.

Announced at Make it in the Emirates, held from May 4 to 7 in Abu Dhabi, the agreement outlines a structured framework to deliver cloud, data, and AI infrastructure services across Mubadala Group entities and Abu Dhabi government organizations.

Under the partnership, Core42 will serve as the foundational infrastructure provider for Mubadala Group companies and government entities across Abu Dhabi and the wider UAE. Solutions+ will act as the primary implementation and data services partner. The company will leverage Core42’s in-country AI infrastructure via its Compass API to power its WEAVE AI platform, enabling access to large language models and GPU compute required for enterprise-grade AI applications within a sovereign, compliant environment.

Additionally, Solutions+ will serve as the lead partner for Oracle Fusion and OCI services across a defined group of enterprise clients, aiming to improve governance, consistency, and delivery speed.

Commenting on the partnership, Nasir Al Nabhani, Managing Director of Solutions+, said, “Combining Solutions+’s implementation expertise and the WEAVE AI platform with Core42’s compute infrastructure creates an end-to-end capability for AI adoption across Mubadala Investment Company portfolio companies and government entity clients. This is a partnership grounded in shared priorities: a sovereign-first approach, a focus on delivery, and a commitment to long-term impact.”

Talal M. Al Kaissi, Chief Executive Officer of Core42, said, “This partnership underscores Core42’s role in enabling AI at scale with secure, resilient, and sovereign-ready infrastructure built for production. Together with Solutions+, we are creating a structured delivery model that unites compute and implementation, accelerating outcomes for large, complex organizations.”
