Saood AlNoori has over a decade of experience in international affairs, focusing on energy and diplomacy. As Head of Diplomatic Engagement in the Office of the UAE Special Envoy for Climate Change, he oversees and leads diplomatic efforts in Asia and the Pacific regions. In addition, AlNoori is also the UAE’s lead negotiator on mitigation within the UN Framework Convention for Climate Change. Most recently, he was part of the National Experts Program, a launchpad for UAE-based specialists poised to play a transformative role in key future-growth sectors aligned with the strategic vision of the UAE.
