Binance has launched bStocks for eligible users in the UAE, giving them access to tokenized securities linked to selected US-listed stocks and exchange-traded funds (ETFs) as the cryptocurrency platform expands into traditional financial assets.

The service allows eligible users to trade from $5 and provides access to tokenized securities around the clock, including products linked to companies such as Tesla and Nvidia. Binance’s bStocks are issued by BTech Holdings Limited, a Binance group affiliate, and are backed by corresponding US-listed shares held with a regulated custodian.

The products do not represent direct ownership of the underlying shares. Binance also notes that bStocks are designed to track the value of the corresponding assets but may not always match their real-time market prices, particularly outside traditional trading hours.

At launch, eligible UAE users can access bStocks linked to Circle Internet Group, Micron Technology, Nvidia, SanDisk and Tesla, with the products traded against USDT. Binance said additional bStocks are available on its platform, with further listings expected to be introduced progressively, subject to applicable approvals.

Unlike conventional US equity markets, bStocks can be traded 24/7. Binance has cautioned, however, that trading outside regular market hours can involve higher volatility and additional risks.

Eligible bStocks can also be transferred to compatible BNB Chain wallets, allowing users to hold the assets through self-custody and use them across supported blockchain applications. Corporate actions, including stock splits and dividend-related adjustments, are handled according to each product’s structure.

The launch is part of Binance’s broader push to build what it describes as a financial “super app”, combining cryptocurrency products with tokenized traditional financial assets on a single platform.

Tarik Erk, head of MENAT at Binance, said the launch was intended to expand access to financial products through blockchain infrastructure.

“As we continue expanding our ecosystem, our focus remains on simplifying financial access while connecting traditional finance with the innovation of blockchain technology.”
