du and ADIO sign strategic partnership to support UAE industrial transformation
The collaboration aims to help manufacturers adopt advanced technologies and scale digital transformation.
du has announced a strategic partnership with the Abu Dhabi Investment Office (ADIO) during the Make it in the Emirates forum, aimed at supporting the UAE’s industrial innovation and digital transformation efforts.
Under the agreement, du will provide advisory and consultancy services through du Tech to support ADIO in developing structured innovation and funding pathways, guiding projects from the initial concept stage through to execution.
The collaboration aims to help manufacturers and enterprises adopt advanced technologies and accelerate digital transformation efforts at scale. It is also expected to strengthen the UAE’s innovation ecosystem by bringing together technology, funding, and execution capabilities to support the country’s broader industrial and economic objectives.
The announcement was marked by a signing ceremony attended by Badr Al Olama, Fahad Al Hassawi, and Mohamed Ali Al Kamali.
As part of its participation in Make it in the Emirates, du Tech is also presenting a showcase highlighting practical applications of the partnership, including innovation pathways and the process of moving projects from concept development to scalable implementation.
Fahad Al Hassawi, CEO of du, said the partnership reflects the company’s focus on supporting the UAE’s innovation ecosystem by combining advanced technology capabilities with structured funding frameworks to help organizations achieve large-scale transformation aligned with national economic objectives.
Mohamed Ali Al Kamali, Chief of Industry and Trade at ADIO, said the partnership supports Abu Dhabi’s efforts to strengthen the competitiveness and long-term sustainability of its industrial sector.
He added that integrating du Tech’s capabilities into ADIO’s Smart Manufacturing Program would help manufacturers accelerate the adoption of advanced technologies, improve productivity and diversify locally manufactured products.
