Saudi Arabia unveils INSAIGHTS, an agentic AI platform for national data analysis

Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Economy and Planning has launched the beta version of INSAIGHTS, an agentic artificial intelligence tool designed to transform how users access, analyze, and interact with national data.

Integrated into the Data Saudi Platform, the AI-powered tool enables users to turn questions into instant insights and analytics, making economic and social data more accessible to decision-makers, researchers, analysts, and the public.

INSAIGHTS draws on more than 7,500 indicators available through Data Saudi, the Kingdom’s unified reference platform for economic and social data. By simplifying data exploration, the tool is designed to support faster, more informed, and data-driven decision-making.

The launch marks the latest milestone in the continued expansion of the Data Saudi Platform and reflects the ministry’s efforts to integrate emerging technologies into its digital ecosystem while enhancing the overall user experience.

The initiative also supports the goals of Saudi Vision 2030 and the National Transformation Program, which aim to strengthen economic transparency and reinforce the Kingdom’s leadership in data-driven innovation and artificial intelligence.

The ministry said it will continue to develop and expand INSAIGHTS’ capabilities over the coming months as part of broader efforts to improve access to national data and encourage its use across government, business, academia, and the wider community.
