In a bold display of dedication to innovation and sustainability, the Kingdom reveals its latest project along the Gulf of Aqaba. NEOM, a $500 billion initiative, introduces Epicon, an expansive luxury coastal tourism destination with residential offerings.
Epicon features two towering structures at its core—one reaching 225 meters and the other an impressive 275 meters. The hotel boasts 41 high-end tourist apartments and exclusive residential suites within these towers. The Epicon resort, which features 120 rooms and 45 residential beach villas, is a short distance from the hotel. Some facilities include gyms, libraries, co-working spaces, swimming pools, and lounges. The blueprint for this development commits to preserving 95% of its terrain for nature’s embrace.
“A highly attractive visitor destination and an optimum place to live and thrive, Epicon’s guests and residents can expect a truly immersive and life-affirming experience. The luxurious residences and beach villas aim to deliver new levels of livability through cutting-edge innovations, world-class services and first-class experiences, positioning the resort as a benchmark for iconic living,” states NEOM on its website.Â
This announcement follows Leyja’s launch, an initiative within NEOM that supports sustainable tourism and resonates with NEOM’s broader vision to embody the aspirations for Vision 2030.Â
