Norlana comprises 711 residential properties accommodating a community of 3,000 residents.
NEOM, the ambitious desert megaproject, has introduced its newest feature: Norlana, a modern coastal community designed for a vibrant way of living.
This exclusive enclave, consisting of 711 residential properties designed for 3,000 residents, becomes part of NEOM’s expanding array of sustainable tourism destinations along the Gulf of Aqaba.
An 18-hole golf course will be developed, accompanied by a nearby equestrian and polo center featuring top-notch facilities. Norlana’s offerings extend to various water sports, including sailing and diving.
NEOM reports that Norlana will feature a 120-berth marina, a global center for superyachts, complemented by water taxi services for residents and visitors.
Recent announcements have highlighted the development of Leyja, Epicon, Siranna, and Utamo, all located in the Gulf of Aqaba and designated as sustainable tourism destinations.
“Norlana has been designed to redefine contemporary and active living. With sport, health and well-being at the core of this cutting-edge community, residents and guests will have every opportunity to experience their passions in this magnificent and environmentally sustainable setting,” the press release said.
