Applications are now open for Fast Company Middle East’s Most Innovative Companies 2024, the ultimate list that celebrates organizations making significant strides and gaining recognition for their innovative work.

After two remarkable years of recognizing companies for their outstanding work, this year promises even more categories, more winners, and increased opportunities for honorees in a region that has transformed into a vibrant hub of innovation. 

By popular demand, new categories have been added to the list. These include conglomerate/holding Companies, design, and TV and film production. 

Over the past two years, the highly coveted list has received an overwhelming response, with over 500 submissions from diverse organizations across the Middle East. 

Among these submissions, over 75 organizations spanning 30 categories were recognized – from the region’s largest corporations to small-scale startups.

The honored companies represent the diverse nature of the region’s innovation. Tech giants like IBM and e& are building the digital infrastructure for the future, while Msheireb Properties showcases the region’s dedication to sustainable development through smart city initiatives. In healthcare, G42 Healthcare focuses on enhancing medical services. For consumers, Cafu revolutionizes on-demand delivery, while MonkiBox offers an innovative approach to early childhood education. This mix of established companies and young startups reveals the dynamic business environment of the Middle East.

Several recognized companies have consistently demonstrated excellence. Aster DM Healthcare and PepsiCo have secured spots on the list for two consecutive years, reflecting their commitment to innovation. Similarly, Chalhoub Group has been honored for its ongoing success in luxury retail. Masdar City has earned recognition for its sustainability efforts for two years, while companies like L’Oréal Middle East, Pure Harvest Smart Farms, and TBWA\RAAD also joined these established innovators.
