Customers can expect faster delivery of parts, with fast-moving parts arriving within 48 hours and the full range within one week.
As the UAE continues to diversify its economy, the automotive industry is set to play a crucial role in shaping the country’s industrial landscape.
More international automakers are strengthening operations in the country. Changan Automobile, a leading Chinese automaker, recently announced the opening of its Parts Distribution Center in Dubai’s Jebel Ali Free Zone.
Li Mingcai, Executive Vice President of Changan Automobile, emphasized the company’s dedication to customer satisfaction and plans to expand its localized operations further in the region.
The newly opened Parts Distribution Center covers an initial area of 2,000 square meters, primarily for storing and distributing fast-moving parts. Reportedly, the facility will expand to 10,000 square meters, accommodating a full range of spare parts.
This facility will reduce part delivery times and improve service response speed by over 50%. Customers can expect to receive fast-moving parts within 48 hours and the full range of parts within one week.
In addition to the new distribution center, Changan Automobile is expanding its product lineup in the Middle East. The company officially launched its CHANGAN UNI-S and CHANGAN E07 vehicles.
The company is also introducing its electric vehicle brand, DEEPAL EV. The DEEPAL L07 sedan and the DEEPAL S07 set a new sales record in China, surpassing 100,000 units within just 14 months of launch.
The automaker plans to intensify its localization strategy by setting up a subsidiary in the Middle East and pursuing a range of collaborations, including joint ventures, financial services, and logistics distribution.
