ADGM launches virtual real estate service to streamline property deals
ADGM’s new service combines three key real estate procedures—discharge of mortgage, transfer of ownership, and mortgage registration—into a single digital process.

Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) has announced the launch of its new ‘Virtual Sell and Purchase’ service, an innovative platform that allows key real estate transactions to be completed entirely online.
Designed to simplify and accelerate the process of buying and selling property, the new service brings together buyers, sellers, banks, and other stakeholders on a secure virtual platform. The system enables users to complete critical steps in property transactions, such as discharging a mortgage, registering a transfer of ownership, and registering a new mortgage.
The service is powered by AccessRP, ADGM’s advanced real estate platform developed in collaboration with strategic partner ADRES. This platform already supports a wide range of digital property solutions, including off-plan development, ownership transfers, and mortgage management.
What sets this latest service apart is its virtual presence feature, which allows all parties to participate remotely. This eliminates the need for in-person meetings or physical document exchanges, significantly reducing transaction times while maintaining high standards of security, compliance, and transparency.
“This milestone reflects our continued commitment to modernizing the business landscape in Abu Dhabi. By reimagining the real estate transaction process, we are making it not only faster and more secure but also much more accessible and user-friendly,” Hamad Sayah Al Mazrouei, CEO of ADGM’s Registration Authority, said.
