Kleindienst Group has announced a strategic partnership with George V Eatertainment to introduce the first Buddha-Bar Hotel and Buddha-Bar Beach concept in the MENA region. The new hospitality venture, valued at over $816 million, will be located on The Heart of Europe, part of The World Islands development in Dubai.

The project will be officially unveiled at the Arabian Travel Market (ATM) 2025, which will be held from April 28 to May 1 at the Dubai World Trade Centre. Kleindienst will showcase The Heart of Europe.

The partnership will launch two flagship destinations: the Buddha-Bar Hotel & Floating Villas and Buddha-Bar Beach Honeymoon Island. Construction is expected to be completed over 24 months.

According to the developers, the project aims to elevate experiential tourism through innovative design, sustainability, and immersive guest experiences.

The Buddha-Bar Hotel will feature 162 overwater keys, including floating villas, and will blend design, music, dining, and wellness in line with the brand’s identity. It will also feature eco-conscious construction aligned with broader sustainability goals.

Adjacent to the hotel, Buddha-Bar Beach Honeymoon Island will offer an all-day hospitality experience with beachfront dining, entertainment, and curated lifestyle elements designed to attract international visitors.

“Our collaboration with George V Eatertainment redefines what a destination can offer,” said Josef Kleindienst, Founder and Chairman of Kleindienst Group. “It’s another milestone in our mission to transform The Heart of Europe into a living, breathing showcase of what’s possible when visionary design and meaningful experiences converge.”

The development expands Kleindienst Group’s hospitality portfolio, which includes over 4,000 keys across 20 hotels and resorts. The Heart of Europe is a testbed for future-oriented tourism, featuring renewable energy systems, climate-controlled streets, and coral-safe infrastructure.

George V Eatertainment noted that the project will reflect its global brand standards while aligning with regional tourism trends, aiming to strengthen Dubai’s position as a premier lifestyle travel hub.
