Dubai’s new Sky Support Complex aims to meet rising demand for aviation services
Located at the Mohammed bin Rashid Aerospace Hub, the facility offers flexible space, full foreign ownership, and direct access to Al Maktoum International Airport.

Dubai has never been shy about building for the future and the latest addition to its aviation landscape is no exception. In the middle of the Aerospace Supply Chain Zone at Dubai South, the Mohammed bin Rashid Aerospace Hub (MBRAH) has unveiled the Sky Support Complex, a state-of-the-art facility that aims to reshape how aviation-related services operate in the region.
Spanning 16,661 square metres and offering 14 premium, fully flexible units, the landside complex has been engineered with the needs of modern aerospace and logistics businesses in mind. It offers seamless connectivity to Al Maktoum International Airport, giving companies a direct link to one of the world’s most ambitious aviation projects. As a bonded free zone, it also grants 100% foreign ownership — a rare level of operational freedom that could prove irresistible to global players.
But MBRAH’s ambitions go beyond providing prime real estate. “The sustained growth in the aviation sector and the rising demand for aviation-related services from regional and global companies have driven us to continue expanding our infrastructure,” said Mohammad Al Falasi, Deputy CEO of MBRAH. “The launch of the Sky Support Complex is a direct response to this growing need.”
The move is part of Dubai’s broader vision to position itself as a global hub for aerospace innovation, maintenance, and education. From private jet companies to maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) specialists, MBRAH already houses some of the world’s leading aviation businesses. With the Sky Support Complex, it’s now offering an upgraded launchpad for those looking to expand in a market that is growing — and evolving — at speed.
