Museum of the Future launches Master Class series featuring leading Arab thinkers
The series, launching in October, will feature winners of the Great Arab Minds initiative and provide a platform for exchanging ideas.

The Museum of the Future has announced the launch of an exclusive Master Class series in partnership with the Great Arab Minds initiative. This year-long program will feature lectures by leading Arab scientists, thinkers, and creators.
Beginning in October, the series will spotlight winners of the Great Arab Minds initiative, established by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai.
The program fosters creativity and dialogue across science, technology, literature, and the arts, providing a platform for professionals, students, and knowledge seekers to exchange ideas.
As the headquarters of the Great Arab Minds initiative, the Museum of the Future reinforces its role as a hub for Arab innovators by hosting award-winning figures whose contributions in literature, the arts, and architecture have earned global recognition.
The first three speakers in the series are Algerian novelist and academic Waciny Laredj, Iraqi artist Dia Al-Azzawi, and Jordanian architect Sahel Al Hiyari.
Each lecture will explore a distinct theme: Laredj will discuss literature, identity, and the role of creativity in times of change; Al-Azzawi will focus on contemporary Arab art and cultural identity; and Al Hiyari will examine the philosophy of architecture and sustainable design.
Saeed Al Nazari, Secretary General of Great Arab Minds, described the program as a platform to share knowledge and showcase Arab excellence on a global stage.
Majed Al Mansoori, Deputy Executive of the Museum of the Future, said the initiative aligns with Dubai’s mission to strengthen its position as a hub for science and the arts while empowering Arab talent.
The Museum of the Future stated that the program will offer a limited number of seats to ensure quality engagement and meaningful exchanges.
