Invest Saudi is set to participate in Web Summit 2025 in Lisbon, Portugal, to promote Saudi Arabia as a leading global destination for investment in technology, artificial intelligence (AI), e-commerce, and logistics.

Operating under the Saudi Investment Promotion Authority (SIPA), Invest Saudi serves as the Kingdom’s official investment attraction platform, facilitating and communicating opportunities across key sectors.

Joining the Saudi delegation at the summit are the Special Integrated Logistics Zone Company (SILZ), the Quality of Life Program, the National Cybersecurity Authority, and Premium Residency.

Saudi Arabia, the Middle East’s largest economy, is emerging as one of the world’s fastest-growing hubs for digital investment, attracting over $14.9 billion in technology funding and aiming to reach a $76 billion digital economy by 2030.

Supported by 1,300 MW of data center capacity and 20 subsea cables connecting East and West, the Kingdom is fueling multi-billion-dollar ventures and supporting more than 300 start-ups under its Vision 2030 digital transformation agenda.

At Web Summit, the Special Integrated Logistics Zone (SILZ) will highlight its role in advancing the Kingdom’s logistics infrastructure. Located near Riyadh’s King Khalid International Airport, SILZ spans three million square meters, offering full foreign ownership and a 50-year tax exemption. It has already reached 51% occupancy in its first phase, expected to generate around 60,000 jobs.

The Quality of Life Program (QoL), one of Vision 2030’s key initiatives, will showcase JOIN, a new platform designed to connect global audiences with Saudi Arabia’s expanding lifestyle economy.

The National Cybersecurity Authority will present its Cybersecurity Accelerator, which promotes entrepreneurship, investment, and innovation in cybersecurity. Over the past three years, it has supported more than 45 local and international start-ups.

Premium Residency, known as the Saudi Green Card, will highlight its long-term residency options for investors, entrepreneurs, and skilled professionals, offering full investment rights to attract global talent and capital.

During Web Summit, Invest Saudi will also host a Saudi Arabia Masterclass on November 1 and a series of Saudi Talks at its stand (E251), featuring government and industry leaders discussing key investment opportunities and national initiatives.
