The Most Innovative Companies 2025 awards returned with renewed energy, spotlighting the visionaries, disruptors, and creative minds shaping the future of business and society. Set against the stunning backdrop of Hilton, The Palm, the evening brought together thinkers, doers, and dreamers, all united by a shared commitment to pushing boundaries.

“Innovation, at its core, is a disciplined form of progress. It is the ability to identify a real problem, design a practical solution, and execute it consistently. The companies we honor this year have done exactly that. They have strengthened industries, opened new opportunities, and delivered value that is both measurable and meaningful,” said Karrishma Modhy, Managing Editor at Fast Company Middle East.

The Most Innovative Companies Trophy/2025

The night began with the Adtech & Martech category, celebrating companies redefining marketing through AI, data, and intelligent consumer experiences. Digitas was recognized for building responsive, data-driven marketing ecosystems that seamlessly integrate AI, design, and cultural insights. Other honorees included Publicis Media Middle East and WPP Media.

Honorees from the Advertising & PR category at Most Innovative Companies 2025

In Advertising, Branding & PR, agencies shaping culture and connection through creativity and data were celebrated. FP7 McCann, Leo Burnett Middle East, and Memac Ogilvy & Mather were all recognized for their innovative approaches to storytelling, cultural insight, and human-led AI.

The Most Innovative Companies Trophies/2025

The AI & Data Science category highlighted organizations leveraging technology to transform business and society. This year’s honorees were e&, IBM, L’Oréal Middle East, PureHealth, and ZainTECH, all of whom are driving smarter, more personalized, and socially impactful solutions.

L’Oreal Middle East & Tactical, honorers under the AR/VR category at MIC 2025

In Architecture, BEGA Architects was recognized for integrating AI, sustainability, and cultural identity into visionary designs. The Augmented & Virtual Reality category celebrated L’Oréal Middle East and Tactical for immersive, culturally relevant, and AI-powered experiences.

The Clean Tech category spotlighted Basatne and e& for advancing circular ecosystems and embedding sustainability across operations. 

“Innovation and sustainability go hand in hand with everything that we do, while using agentic AI is a base to deliver a greener planet,” said Saeed AlZarooni, Chief Procurement Officer, e&. 

Conglomerates & Holding Companies recognized MCN and Publicis Groupe Middle East for building collaboration-driven, connected ecosystems across industries.

“This recognition means a lot to us, as innovation is something that we stand for,” said Ricarda Ruecker, Chief Talent Officer at MCN. 

Corporate Social Responsibility honored PureHealth for turning purpose into measurable social and environmental impact, while a new category, Crypto & Blockchain, recognized Binance for advancing digital asset adoption, education, and financial inclusion.

The Emerging Tech category celebrated CPX and Lockheed Martin for AI-powered defense and security solutions. In Energy, Etihad Water and Electricity (EtihadWE) was recognized for smart, low-carbon energy implementation. Enterprise honorees included Bayut, PepsiCo Middle East, and ZainTECH, all recognized for large-scale operational and technological innovation.

In Entertainment, Yango Play was celebrated for AI-driven Arabic content, while the Finance & Fintech category recognized Saudi Investment Bank and Ziina for advancing financial inclusion. Healthcare honorees were Aster DM Healthcare and PureHealth, and Logistics & Mobility recognized ADNOC Distribution for smarter, connected solutions. Media honored Asharq News, while Real Estate spotlighted Ellington Properties and Property Finder.

“This is a proud moment for the team. Innovation has always been a part of our philosophy when it comes to design and architecture. At Ellington we don’t strive to be the biggest but maybe the best by creating design-led event spaces that not only look good but also feel good,” Lisa Hnein, Office Manager at Ellington Properties. 

Team MCN honored within the Workplace category/ MIC 2025

The Retail category celebrated previous winners Chalhoub Group and GMG, while Social Good recognized Huda Beauty and L’Oréal Middle East for purpose-driven impact. Sustainability honored Etihad Water and Electricity (EtihadWE) and FIVE Holdings for pioneering eco-conscious innovation, and Travel & Tourism celebrated Blacklane Middle East & Africa for redefining luxury mobility. In the Women Backed category, Huda Beauty was recognized for creating culturally grounded, high-performance beauty experiences.

The Publicis Group Talent team/ MIC 2025

The evening concluded with the Workplace category, honoring companies fostering people-first cultures, collaboration, and innovation. BCG Middle East, MCN, Publicis Groupe Talent, and TBWA\RAAD were all celebrated for initiatives that empower teams, strengthen collaboration, and redefine workplace excellence.

MIC will be back in 2026.
