Dubai Holding has announced the acquisition of the five-star Jumeirah Mallorca in Spain, further strengthening its growing portfolio of high-end hospitality assets across Europe.

Located on Mallorca’s northwest coast, the 121-room resort overlooks the Mediterranean Sea and the UNESCO-listed Serra de Tramuntana mountains. Managed by Jumeirah, Dubai Holding’s flagship luxury hospitality brand, the property has earned LEED Platinum certification, highlighting its strong sustainability credentials.

The acquisition aligns with Dubai Holding’s global investment strategy to build a diversified and resilient portfolio of high-quality assets. The Group plans to enhance the property’s offerings to establish Jumeirah Mallorca as one of its flagship Mediterranean destinations.

With the addition of Jumeirah Mallorca, Dubai Holding Hospitality now owns 34 hotels and resorts, including five Jumeirah properties across Europe. The acquisition reinforces Jumeirah’s European presence and supports its ambition to become one of the world’s most influential luxury hospitality brands, with established properties in London and Capri and the upcoming Jumeirah Le Richemond Geneva in Switzerland.
