The Abu Dhabi Agriculture and Food Safety Authority (ADAFSA) has signed a memorandum of understanding with Gràcia Farm to strengthen cooperation and develop skills across the agriculture and food sectors.

The agreement was signed by Mouza Suhail Al Muhairi, Deputy Director General for Regulatory and Administrative Affairs at ADAFSA, and Hamed Ahmed Al Hamed, Chairman of the Emirates Agricultural Pioneer Association and Founder of the Gracia Group.

The partnership aims to enhance coordination between the two entities, support initiatives that benefit various customer segments, and strengthen collaboration between the public and private sectors.

Under the agreement, both sides will work together on capacity building programmes for workers in the agriculture and food sectors, aligned with ADAFSA’s priorities and approved training frameworks.

The MoU also establishes a framework for cooperation in knowledge exchange and professional development, helping to build capabilities and nurture talent within the sector.

Through the partnership, both entities aim to support the development of a skilled workforce capable of keeping pace with global best practices while contributing to the growth of Abu Dhabi’s agricultural sector.
