Dubai Chambers has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Keeta, the on-demand delivery platform backed by Meituan, to support the growth and market accessibility of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) across Dubai.

The partnership aligns with Dubai’s broader strategy to strengthen its position as a global hub for entrepreneurship and the digital economy by helping SMEs scale through technology-enabled solutions and expanded customer access.

Under the agreement, Dubai Chambers member companies will receive a range of tailored benefits through the Keeta platform, including preferential commercial incentives, simplified onboarding, enhanced in-app visibility, and specialized training programs focused on menu optimization, pricing strategies, and delivery operations.

The initiative will also introduce a dedicated Dubai Chambers SME badge on the Keeta platform to improve brand visibility for participating businesses and encourage customers to discover local and emerging brands.

Vice President of Commercial & Corporate Services at Dubai Chambers, Khalid AlJarwan, said the collaboration is designed to strengthen the competitiveness of SMEs operating in Dubai’s rapidly evolving business environment.

“We are committed to empowering SMEs and providing them with the tools and opportunities they need to grow and enhance their competitiveness within a fast-evolving business environment,” he said. “Through our collaboration with Keeta, we aim to support entrepreneurs in expanding their market presence, enhancing customer engagement, and accelerating the sustainable growth of their businesses within Dubai’s dynamic and diversified economy.”

General Manager at Keeta, Lucas Xie, said technology continues to play an important role in helping entrepreneurs adapt and grow.

“SMEs remain a vital contributor to the emirate’s economy, and through this agreement with Dubai Chambers, we are proud to connect homegrown brands with greater exposure, operational guidance, and scalable opportunities that contribute to long-term success,” he said.

The collaboration reflects a shared focus on fostering innovation, entrepreneurship, and sustainable economic growth, while reinforcing the role of SMEs in supporting community development and the digital economy.

Dubai continues to expand initiatives to support entrepreneurs and emerging businesses as part of its long-term vision to build a more connected, innovation-driven, and future-ready economy.
