DMCC has launched a new acceleration initiative to help businesses reduce operating costs, improve cash flow, and support long-term growth across its ecosystem of more than 26,000 companies.

The initiative comes as businesses continue to navigate evolving global market conditions. In response, DMCC is introducing a range of financial incentives, fee waivers, and operational flexibilities designed to enhance resilience and competitiveness.

As part of the package, existing member companies can access license renewal incentives of up to 25% for multi-year commitments. Businesses renewing for 2 years will receive a 15% discount, while 3-year renewals qualify for a 20% discount, and 5-year renewals for a 25% discount. Companies seeking to expand their operations can also benefit from a 20% discount on additional licenses.

DMCC has further waived penalties of up to AED5,000 for late license renewals and AED1,000 for delayed Business Center lease renewals. The initiative also includes temporarily easing certain administrative requirements and increasing operational flexibility for businesses operating within the district.

In addition, Non-Flexi Desk members will be able to transition to Flexi Desk arrangements without paying security deposits or change-of-address fees, providing greater flexibility in managing operating expenses.

Ahmed Bin Sulayem, Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of DMCC, said the initiative is designed to help companies scale more efficiently in an increasingly competitive global environment.

“Companies today are navigating a global business environment that is moving faster and becoming more competitive. Through this targeted acceleration package, DMCC is enabling our members to grow more efficiently and confidently by introducing greater flexibility across license renewals, streamlining administrative processes, and unlocking more effective use of existing resources,” he said.

He added that the initiative creates “clearer pathways for business expansion and new company formation,” helping businesses strengthen long-term resilience and pursue new opportunities in international markets.

Alongside measures aimed at existing businesses, DMCC has introduced incentives for new companies joining its ecosystem. New businesses can receive a 10% discount on one-year license packages and a 20% discount on multi-year set-ups, subject to certain program exclusions.

Additional incentives have also been introduced for companies establishing operations within DMCC Premium Offices at Jewelry & Gemplex. Businesses can save more than 15% on one-year packages and over 20% on multi-year commitments.

DMCC said the Jewelry & Gemplex ecosystem offers premium office space within a connected commercial environment that fosters collaboration and supports long-term growth.

To further encourage company formation, DMCC has expanded its consultant incentive program by increasing commission payments and broadening eligibility across successful company registrations during the offer period.

The initiative forms part of DMCC’s broader strategy to strengthen its value proposition and align business support measures with changing market dynamics. The organization said the measures are intended to attract new businesses, support organic growth, and reinforce Dubai’s position as a global hub for trade and investment.
