Abu Dhabi has launched TAMM Global, a private technology company that will bring its AI-powered government services platform to international markets, supporting the emirate’s ambition to become the world’s first AI-native government.

The company will make TAMM’s technology available for international licensing and deployment for the first time, allowing governments to adopt digital solutions developed in Abu Dhabi. The platform currently serves 4.7 million users and integrates more than 1,200 public-and private-sector services.

Ahmed Tamim Hisham Al Kuttab, Chairman of the Department of Government Enablement – Abu Dhabi, said the initiative builds on TAMM’s success in transforming how individuals and businesses access government services.

“TAMM was created in Abu Dhabi for one reason: to improve lives. Today, it serves millions of users and has become an integral part of how people and businesses interact with government,” he said.

“Through TAMM Global, we are building on that success by making capabilities developed and proven in Abu Dhabi available to governments seeking to deliver better outcomes for their people.”

Since its launch in 2005, TAMM has evolved into Abu Dhabi’s central digital gateway for government services. The platform saves users approximately nine visits to government service centres annually, equivalent to an estimated 12 hours per person.

Customer satisfaction has also increased to 94.5%, compared with 78% in 2022, before AI was integrated into the application. Meanwhile, the cost of delivering government services has declined by 30%.

The platform enables users to complete various transactions digitally, including establishing businesses, opening bank accounts, renewing identification documents and registering vehicles.

In 2025, TAMM introduced AutoGov, described as the world’s first AI public servant, designed to proactively carry out tasks such as renewing licences, processing payments and scheduling routine healthcare appointments without requiring users to initiate them.

Through TAMM Global, governments will gain access to the platform’s technology, operational expertise and prebuilt digital services, which can be adapted to local regulations, languages and institutional requirements.

The company will also support sovereign deployment models, enabling governments to retain control over their data, infrastructure and public services while adopting AI-powered capabilities.

Operating as an independent private-sector company, TAMM Global will collaborate directly with governments, organisations and institutions worldwide, licensing its platform architecture and implementation methods to accelerate digital transformation.

The launch follows growing international recognition of TAMM’s technology. In 2025, the platform was named the world’s best e-government initiative at the UN-backed World Summit on the Information Society Prizes. It also received the Government category award for Europe, the Middle East and Asia at the 2026 Gartner Eye on Innovation Awards.

The expansion marks a step in Abu Dhabi’s efforts to export homegrown technology and strengthen its position in the global digital government sector.
