Dubai Chamber of Digital Economy has signed two Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) with Nebius Academy and Lovable to accelerate the adoption of agentic AI across Dubai’s private sector, supporting businesses in improving productivity, operational efficiency, and digital capabilities.

The agreements were signed in the presence of H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum and form part of a broader initiative launched by H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense of the UAE, and Chairman of the Executive Council of Dubai, to advance agentic AI adoption among private companies.

Dubai Chambers is overseeing the initiative, which aims to equip 14,000 member companies of the Business Groups and Business Councils operating under the Dubai Chamber of Commerce with the skills needed to integrate agentic AI into their administrative and operational activities.

Saeed Al Gergawi, Vice President of the Dubai Chamber of Digital Economy, said the partnerships would help businesses strengthen their technological capabilities and unlock new growth opportunities.

“We are committed to strengthening the ability of Dubai-based companies to understand and effectively adopt Agentic AI technologies, supporting their digital ambitions, creating new opportunities for growth and enhancing their competitiveness,” he said.

Under the agreement with Nebius Academy, the education and training arm of AI cloud company Nebius, Dubai-based businesses will gain access to specialised training programs focused on AI leadership and agentic AI through Dubai Chambers Academy.

The collaboration will also provide certifications, technical workshops, expert-led sessions, and educational resources to executives, technical teams, and employees of Dubai Chamber of Commerce member companies.

Raja Agrawal, Vice President for the Middle East and Africa at Nebius, said the partnership would help companies move beyond understanding AI to integrating it into everyday operations.

“Agentic AI has the potential to transform how companies operate, innovate and grow. However, realising this potential requires more than access to technology. It also requires the right skills and capabilities,” he said.

Meanwhile, the agreement with Lovable will focus on entrepreneurship and skills development, providing Dubai-based businesses and founders with access to software creation tools, educational resources, and joint workshops.

As part of the collaboration, Lovable will provide platform credits, funded by Dubai Chambers, to participants in the Create AI Agents Championship to support the development and deployment of agentic AI solutions.

Lauren Rhode, Head of Revenue at Lovable, said the initiative would enable more businesses and entrepreneurs to turn ideas into practical AI-powered solutions.

The partnerships align with the Dubai Economic Agenda D33 and the emirate’s wider efforts to strengthen its digital economy, support emerging technologies, and enhance the competitiveness of its private sector.
