His Excellency Ahmed Tamim Hisham Al Kuttab has served as Chairman of the Department of Government Enablement – Abu Dhabi (DGE) since its establishment in September 2023, following his pivotal role in merging multiple government entities to form the department. He leads Abu Dhabi Government’s smart and digital transformation, implementing AI-driven, data-centric strategies to deliver next-generation, citizen-focused services through initiatives like TAMM.

A strong advocate for human capital development, Al Kuttab promotes policies and learning initiatives that upskill government employees and foster innovation. He also oversees the Statistics Centre – Abu Dhabi (SCAD), ensuring data-driven decision-making across government operations. Beyond DGE, he serves on boards including the Advanced Technology Research Council, Khalifa University, Emirates Development Bank, and the National Defence College.
