Dr. Moza Suwaidan is the CEO of the Digital Applications and Platforms Sector at the Digital Dubai Government Establishment. She oversees citywide planning and governance for Dubai’s core digital platforms, including shared government services, central digital channels, and initiatives linked to the city’s digital transformation agenda. Her remit spans product strategy and delivery, software development, customer experience, and operational management, alongside major programs such as the Dubai Paperless Strategy, Invest in Dubai, and unified government platforms.

She also leads Digital Government planning and transformation, covering strategy, performance, quality management, and project governance. Prior to joining Digital Dubai, Dr. Suwaidan was the Director of Information Technology at Dubai Culture, where she led IT strategy and digital platforms. Earlier in her career, she held technology roles at Dubai Aluminum (DUBAL). Dr. Suwaidan has more than two decades of experience across public-sector technology and enterprise systems. She holds a PhD in Quality Management, an MBA, and a degree in Business Information Technology.
