Tareq Amin is a technologist with extensive experience in digital transformation and artificial intelligence. In May 2025, he was appointed CEO of HUMAIN, a full-stack AI company owned by the Public Investment Fund, where he leads efforts to develop AI-native platforms across infrastructure, cloud, data, and applications, aiming to establish HUMAIN as a leading AI company in the region. Before HUMAIN, Amin served as CEO of Aramco Digital, overseeing digital transformation and strategic innovation across Saudi Arabia.

He also launched Rakuten Symphony in 2021, leading its entry into mobile networks and automation-driven telecom platforms, and served as CEO of Rakuten Mobile to support growth in Japan. His previous roles include Senior VP of Technology Development at Reliance Jio, VP at Huawei Carrier Solutions, and Senior Director at T-Mobile.
