Dubai Press Club unveils new AI training initiative for content creators and influencers
The program will offer 40 hours of workshops and interactive sessions on digital storytelling, audience engagement, visual production and AI-driven content creation tools.
Dubai Press Club and Dubai Culture and Arts Authority have launched a new AI-powered training program for content creators and influencers, as Dubai continues its efforts to expand its creative economy and digital media sector.
The latest phase of the Dubai Content Creators Program will focus on developing cultural and creative digital content that reflects Dubai’s identity, values, and cultural landscape. Registration for the initiative is now open through the Dubai Press Club website.
Scheduled to run from June 8 to 19, 2026, the program will feature 40 hours of specialized workshops and interactive sessions covering digital storytelling, audience engagement, visual production, and AI-powered content creation tools.
Participants will receive training in content production across major digital platforms, emerging technologies shaping the future of media, and practical techniques aligned with international standards.
The initiative is part of broader efforts to support Dubai’s creative industries, strengthen the role of high-quality digital content, and reinforce the emirate’s position as a regional and global hub for media and creative talent.
Mona Al Marri, Vice Chairperson and Managing Director of the Dubai Media Council and President of the Dubai Press Club, said the program aims to identify and develop talent capable of producing content that reflects Dubai’s identity and evolving narrative.
She added that the initiative aims to equip a new generation of creators with the skills needed to produce impactful, responsible cultural content that supports Dubai’s ambitions and its growing creative ecosystem.
Hala Badri, Director-General of the Dubai Culture and Arts Authority (Dubai Culture), described the program as a step toward strengthening creative talent and supporting Dubai’s knowledge- and innovation-based economy.
According to Badri, content creation has become a key pillar of the creative economy due to its role in adapting to rapid technological change, supporting development goals and showcasing Dubai’s cultural achievements. She added that the initiative also aims to encourage authentic cultural storytelling while supporting a new generation of creators, artists and influencers capable of engaging wider audiences with Dubai’s creative landscape.
Maryam Al Mulla, Director of the Dubai Press Club, said the third edition of the program will give participants practical exposure to AI-powered content creation through hands-on learning experiences designed to strengthen their professional and creative capabilities.
The latest phase builds on previous editions of the Dubai Content Creators Program. The first edition focused on economic content in partnership with the Ministry of Economy, while the second centered on health and science content in collaboration with Dubai Health.
