Dubai’s Michelin Guide has expanded its 2026 selection, spanning established fine-dining institutions, newer independent concepts and neighborhood restaurants.

The fifth edition of the Michelin Guide Dubai features 122 restaurants across 38 cuisine types, with 19 new additions spanning two new One Michelin Star restaurants, four new Bib Gourmand restaurants and 13 Michelin-Selected establishments. The selection has nearly doubled in size since the guide first launched in Dubai.

At the top of the rankings, FZN by Björn Frantzén and Trèsind Studio retain their three Michelin stars, keeping them as Dubai’s only three-star restaurants. Orfali Bros, meanwhile, has been promoted to two Michelin stars, joining Il Ristorante-Niko Romito, Row on 45 and STAY by Yannick Alléno in the category.

The latest edition also introduces two new one-star restaurants: Birch and KIGO. Their additions bring the total number of one-star restaurants in Dubai to 14. Birch is led by chef Arslan Berdiev, while KIGO focuses on Japanese cuisine through sushi omakase and kaiseki experiences.

The guide has also expanded its Bib Gourmand selection, which recognizes restaurants offering good-quality food at good value.

Four new restaurants, Middle Child, S.E.A Bistrot, Three Bros and YUBI Dubai, join the category, bringing the total number of Bib Gourmand restaurants to 22.

Beyond the starred restaurants, 13 new concepts have been added to the Michelin-Selected list, bringing the category to 80 establishments.

The additions include international names such as Barrafina Dubai, Carbone Dubai and China Tang Dubai, alongside newer concepts including Kasumigaseki, KEN by Kamatsuda, Maison Dali, Nazaara, Ramen Hisa, Revolver Dubai, Rialto, Shinobi, Tezukuri and Window.

The latest selection comes as Dubai continues to build its reputation as an international dining destination, with the 2026 guide reflecting that growth while highlighting a broader range of formats, cuisines and price points across the city.
