With dazzling domes, waterfalls, food hubs, and a mobility pavilion, Expo City Dubai—the city of the future—is all set to open on October 1. Ahead of the grand opening, two of its most popular pavilions are set to welcome visitors from September 1.

Alif – The Mobility Pavilion and Terra – The Sustainability Pavilion are reopening, marking the first segment of the legacy site of Expo City Dubai. While Terra will encourage visitors to look at the sustainability angle through immersive technology, Alif will transport visitors to different time horizons, where they can know how mobility evolved throughout history.

Tickets for both pavilions, priced at around $13 each, can be purchased online (expocitydubai.com) and at the four box offices at Expo City Dubai on the day of opening.

Garden in the Sky, with its 360-degree view, will welcome visitors from September 16 onwards, the tickets for which are priced at around $8. Other Expo 2020 Dubai fascinations, including Al Wasl Plaza, the Surreal water feature, the Women’s Pavilion, the Vision Pavilion, children’s playgrounds, and the carousel, will open in October.

A new addition to Expo City Dubai celebrating its success, the Opportunity Pavilion will become the Expo 2020 Dubai Museum, highlighting the history of World Expos.

Expo City is also looking forward to the return of UAE students with the Expo school program, reflecting the themes of the pavilions.
